Just updated to MacOS Catalina and EnVision v1.8.12. The selection tool is a few inches above and to the left of the actual cursor position. Also I can not select when holding down the mouse button.
I tried restarting the computer, opening another .drl file, and installing 1.8.11 and using that, but I’m getting the same result.
Selection tool is offset from cursor position

Re: Selection tool is offset from cursor position
Hi spottsspot,
Thank you for the report. I think I have a temporary workaround for you: Run EnVision in Low Resolution mode. Doing this should make the cursor behave as expected. In the meantime we are still investigating a solution. You can read the updated here.
I also have a question to help clarify: Are you saying that the issue still persists in v1.8.11? Can you confirm that when you downgraded back down to 1.8.11 that the installation actually worked?
Thank you,

Re: Selection tool is offset from cursor position
Hi William,
I just checked, and while I opened the .pkg for the 1.8.11 install and it said it ran successfully, it did NOT seem to replace the 1.8.12 version.

Re: Selection tool is offset from cursor position
Okay thank you, that is very strange. If you want to go back to 1.8.11 then I recommend deleting the 1.8.12 EnVision.app from your Applications folder and reinstalling 1.8.11. Please let us know if you do this and if it worked as expected.
Side note, you can check the currently installed version of EnVision from the "Welcome" screen or the About menu.
Have a great day!

Thanks, the low resolution mode works perfectly.
