Error code -1005

Currently receiving an error code when installing on new machine. Uninstalled other version off my old laptop.

Enter key - first window spawns with:

An error ocurred: -1005
Bad RLM_HANDLE error code (-1005)

Second window spawns:

The product key you have provided is incorrect
Error: -1

Hi Simonize,

EnVision licenses can only be activated on one computer at a time and they are locked to that computer. Under certain circumstances we can reset your key to allow you to install on another computer if you uninstall EnVision on your previous computer first.

I think we have resolved this issue over email.
