I am getting a message that says "A new version is avaiable". When I try to download it, it never finishes downloading/loading.
1. What is the new version?
2. Am I missing a step?

There was an issue with the update not downloading a while back but it has since been resolved. If you are still seeing this error then you can just go to our website and download the latest version from there. The installation will replace the current version and you should be good to go from there. The update issue should be resolved for you going forward.
