Surely there is a way to do this that I have foolishly overlooked, but how can I start my drill on page 0 instead of page 1? For me, it is more logical.

Hi Hammurabi,

You can change the number of the first set from the Show Manager tool. You can open the Show Manager from the File menu, or from the 5th button from the left on the toolbar (next to the Redo button).

Scroll down to the "Production" section and find the "Starting Set" option and you can change it from there.
