Is there any way to select 2 or more players and 1) determine the interval of those performers; and 2) equalize the interval between those performers?

1) No, this is currently not possible. I will add it to the suggestions list.
2) What you are describing sounds a lot like a line form but I'm guessing you had something else in mind? There is no way to automatically create a form and add them to it if that is what you're asking.
