Update Causing Crash/Restart Loop

I just opened Envision for the first time since the fall, and clicked yes to update to the latest version. The download bar progresses, and when complete, Envision crashes and restarts, and I'm prompted with the same update dialogue. Is there something I'm missing?

I'm currently running version 1.7.10 on Mac OS 10.10.3.

Hi Kanderson,

There is a known bug with some older versions of EnVision with updating. Your best course of action is to just download the full version and install it over top of your current version. None of your files should be affected.
