I have EnVision v.1.7.02 and i can't seem to change the number of counts for the set. I'm stuck on 8.
I click on the lock button, move it over and the time changes but not the counts.
Am I doing something wrong?

There are a couple ways to change the counts for a set, one is very close to what you were doing.
Change counts from:
Timeline: If you want the counts to change while dragging a set (along with the time) then turn on the "Snap to Count" toggle. This button is just to the left of the timeline lock.
Set Properties: This is the more common way to change counts for a set. Open the Set Properties tool and navigate to the set you want to change. Then just enter the number of counts that you want in the counts box and you're set! Remember that if you have music synced then changing the counts won't change the time of the set. For example if you double the number of counts in a set (8 ->16) then you will also double the tempo (120 bpm -> 240 bpm).
