There are a couple things to consider for this question.
1. Assuming you are talking about the performer labels you can edit their size and font from the "Edit Performer Labels" tool. You can open this tool from the toolbar (looks like a sale tag with "B5" on it) or from the Performer->Label menu item. At the bottom of that tool is a button to open the typical font selector and you can choose the size from there. NOTE: This only affects the font as it appears in Print Mode; The font in 2D and 3D mode is always the same size.
2. If you are talking about the performer marker itself (The X) then you have a limited set of options that you can access from the Performer Editor (Performer Menu). Go down to the "Marker Style" drop box and test out a couple options. Other than the options in there you can't change the size of the markers.
