EnVision v1.8.23 updates:

1. Fix dot sheet PDFs printing incorrectly
2. Fixed small print mode fonts on Windows
3. Fixed PDF output issues

1. Fixed some issues on form tools where some buttons and actions would do the wrong thing. Such as pressing the 'ordering' button on the Arc Form tool would delete the form.
