This will happen if your image is very large. try to keep below 2048 pixels in either direction, and that should eliminate the issue.

Hi Robert, make sure that the new 'lock sets' toggle in the sync window is off. This button allows you to review your sync without re recording.

Where is the lag when on Win7? Moving performers, starting playback, etc... There is usually a bit of delay when you first add performers, or open the uniform editor while textures are loaded.
